Linda Albertano

Linda J. Albertano is a musician, performance artist and poet who has unleashed her language on unsuspecting audiences in the US and Europe for more than two decades. She's been featured at the "La Theater Center" , The "John Anson Ford,"J, and the "Wadworth," as well as "Beyond Baroque," the "Knitting Factory, (LA and New York), London's "October Gallery" and other literary/spoken-word meccas.


Recognized "Best Female Performer-Poet" by the LA WEEKLY, she was among five poets chosen to represent Los Angeles in Amsterdam's "One World Poetry Festival." Her words are with those etched in concrete on the "Venice Poets Wall," which honors the literary history of Venice Beach, CA. Her CD "SKIN" is available on NEW ALLIANCE RECORDS.
